You will learn to understand key financial business performance indicators, plan your cash flow to eliminate surprises, analyze your cost drivers to see if costs can be reduced or eliminated, review your products and customer for their overall contribution to profitability and assess your return on investment in the business to see if you are getting a fair reward for the profit you put in.

Personal Goal Setter (PGS) will help the business owner identify their personal financial and non-financial objectives associated with owning the business to determine what they want out of their business and when they want to transition out. This process provides clarity around critical issues and includes a project planning tool that is used to manage the actions and responsibilities around the initiatives that are important to the busienss owner.

Small Business Advisory (SBA) looks at business start up, competition, culture, finance, industry, marketing and sales, people, products and services, systems and processes and vision to provide the business owner with the key elements for growing their business.

Targeting Business Results (TBR) allows the business owner to analyze key financial elements relating to the overall health and performance of their business. The business owner views the business holistically, looking at overall trends, setting performance goals and identifying how to achieve them. It looks at how small changes in key activities will produce major changes in results.
